The room is equipped with an interactive screen to support presentations, virtual participation, and instructor-led training. Large whiteboards facilitate structured discussions, planning, and idea development. With a flexible layout and a conducive learning atmosphere, the space is ideal for corporate training, workshops, and strategic engagements.

Terms & Conditions
1. Utensils must be washed at designated areas.
2. Cooking is not allowed within the premises.
3. Charcoal powered, roasting, or grilling is not allowed within the premises. However, if you wish to use charcoal energy, your vendor must do so at the designated area, and clean up the charcoal debris immediately after the event.
4. Events are allowed for a maximum of eight hours. Events beyond eight hours will attract ₦50,000 per hour.
5. Do not operate the air conditioners, please refer to the Facility Manager.
6. Cancellation of booked events attract 50% surcharge (cancellation must be at least two weeks before the event).
7. Rescheduling of already booked and paid events attract 50% surcharge. (Cancellation must be at least two weeks before the event).
8. No smoking of any substance at all.
9. No form of harassment, fighting or bullying. In case of provocation, please refer to the Facility Marketing Manager.
Caution Fee: ₦50,000 refundable client deposit. Clients are responsible for collection of their vendors' ₦50,000 refundable fees. These fees will be refunded as long as there were no damages on the facility.
